About Us

We’re Sam and Kendall! We are clinical-year physician assistant students based in Detroit, committed to fostering positivity and authenticity within the demanding environment of medical training. Through honest storytelling and educational content on social media, we share the realities of PA school while emphasizing resilience, balance, and self-confidence. Our mission is to encourage women in healthcare to embrace both clinical excellence and personal fulfillment, showing that it is possible to be clinicians, creators, and business owners all at once — and thrive in every role.

We started our small business back in May of 2025 during our didactic year of PA school with the goal of selling a few t-shirts! To our surprise, our business took off and we've sold over 1,500 products! We love exploring entrepreneurship and design whenever we aren't deep in a study session!

Through our shop, we bring that same energy into everything we create- designing apparel that makes healthcare feel more fun, relatable, and empowering. From our signature Organ Friends collection to everyday pieces that reflect the realities of life in medicine, each design is created with intention and authenticity. Our goal is to build a community where healthcare students and professionals feel seen, supported, and inspired- both in and out of their scrubs.
